Save Energy with Sundae is a home-solutions consultation and enquiry-coordination service. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our communications.

2. Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, mobile number, email address, postcode and suburb.
- Property and service information you choose to provide, including your property type, ownership status, existing systems, household or business requirements and preferred timeframe.
- Your enquiry message, consent choices and communications with Sundae.
- Basic technical and campaign information such as the page used, referral source, UTM parameters, browser details and security information used to prevent spam.
- Information you provide later during a phone or property consultation.
3. Why we collect it
- To assess and respond to your enquiry.
- To contact you using the details you provide.
- To understand which energy, hot-water, maintenance, cleaning or water-filtration service may be relevant.
- To coordinate an assessment, quotation or next step with an appropriate product, installation or service provider.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and measure advertising performance where you have allowed analytics or advertising cookies.
- To comply with applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.
4. Consent and marketing
Enquiry consent and optional marketing consent are separate. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
If you choose to receive future information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing sundae@savewithsundae.com.
5. Sharing your information
We may share relevant enquiry information with the product, installation or service provider needed to assess and respond to your request. We share only information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
We may also use service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security and analytics. Our current enquiry emails are delivered through Zoho Mail. Service providers may process information in Australia or other countries where they operate, subject to their own privacy and security arrangements.
We do not sell your personal information.

Essential browser storage may be used for security and your privacy choices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies should operate only according to the consent choices presented on the website.
You can decline optional analytics. Browser settings may also be used to restrict cookies, although some website functions may be affected.
7. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Website enquiries are transmitted using encrypted connections and delivered to Sundae’s business email account.
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage the customer relationship, meet business and legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate records. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or de-identified where practical.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Access and correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Contact sundae@savewithsundae.com and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
