5. Victorian Government programs
Sundae works with an accredited provider to help customers explore eligible energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. Sundae is not represented as the accredited provider.
Program rules may change and eligibility is not guaranteed. The accredited provider must confirm eligible products, available discounts and application requirements before work begins.
Solar batteries are not represented as a Victorian Energy Upgrades product on this website. Battery incentives are separate and must be checked through the relevant current Commonwealth or state program.
6. Benefits, savings and performance
Actual energy use, electricity bills, savings, payback periods, solar generation, battery performance, hot-water efficiency and filtration performance vary between properties and customers.
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a particular saving, rebate, performance result or contaminant reduction unless expressly confirmed in writing by the responsible provider.
7. Service-provider relationships
Save Energy with Sundae helps coordinate enquiries and may have commercial arrangements with service providers. Sundae may receive a commission if a customer proceeds with a provider. This does not add a separate fee to the customer unless expressly disclosed.
Customers may ask which provider will receive their information before it is shared.
8. Website availability and external links
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item will remain current. External government and provider websites are controlled by their respective owners.
